Join us for a guided imagery meditation as Brian Reich, Certified Meditation Specialist, will take our minds through a visual imagery of walking along a path into a tranquil forest to a healing waterfall where our mind and bodies will find peace and calmness. This meditation class is all about self care and giving our mind and body a chance to reset, to feel peace, contentment and calmness in the chaos of our daily lives.
