The Salt Grotto, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

A salt cave session is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases and respiratory issues. I understand that this is not a replacement for medical treatment. I have been advised of the possible side effects: dry/itchy throat, nasal drip, and mild coughing—all signs of respiratory cleansing from exposure to Himalayan Salt at The Salt Grotto, LLC.

There will be NO cell phones, food, drinks, or electronics permitted inside the cave.

I understand that all articles of clothing must be kept on throughout the session.

I understand that I am participating in a salt cave session in which I need be quiet and respectful of others in the session with me, which means I will not talk or interrupt the relaxation of others around me.

By signing below, I give consent to participate in a salt cave session (s). I will not hold The Salt Grotto, LLC or its employees or associates liable for any adverse reactions I experience from a salt session and certify that I have read and agree to the terms listed above.
